Jim has 40 years experience in the group insurance consulting, client service and administration field.  Jim is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and holds a Chartered Financial Services Broker (CFSB) designation from the Independent Life Insurance Brokers of Canada.  Jim is also an Investment Representative with Manulife Securities Investment Services Inc.

During this tenure he has provided quality advice and service to his Individual, Professional and Corporate clients in the areas of Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Investments, Life Insurance and Employee Benefit Programs.

Jim is a Life and Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). This is the premier association for the world's best sales professionals in the Life Insurance-based financial services business. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (CAIFA) and has qualified twenty-nine consecutive years for the National Quality Award. This award recognizes Life Insurance agents who carry out a quality sales job for the benefit of the Life Insurance industry and the Canadian Public.  He is also a member of Conference for Advice Underwriting (CALU) and a Member of The Financial Advisor Association of Canada (Advocis)..

Margaret is responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day business activities of the office. She is a registered Life Insurance representative, which enables her to assist with the service and support for the life side of the business.

A key area that Margaret assists the firm in is that of the administration and portfolio analysis for clients on the investment arm of Drover Financial.

She has completed the Canadian Investments Funds course and the Mutual Funds Branch Manager's course, which all goes to making Drover Financial a most efficient and regulatory compliant office.

Katrina has been with our team since 1999  after receiving a diploma in Accounting, Business and Computer Applications. Katrina has her Life (including Accident & Sickness) Insurance License.   She works closely with Jim helping to design, implement and manage Group RSP’S & Employee Benefits for businesses in Newfoundland & Labrador. She deals directly with Plan Administrators and Plan members by keeping them informed of up to date information and provides ongoing support.

Before entering the life insurance industry Anita spent three years working with one of Canada's major banks in Toronto. As a Financial Advisor, Anita has been providing Retirement Planning, Life Insurance, Investments and Group Benefit Programs to her clients in Newfoundland & Labrador for the past fifteen years.

Anita has completed the Canadian Investments Funds Course and all of the course requirements for her CFP - Certified Financial Planner.

She is an active member of CAIFA and a qualifying member of MDRT

Doris's career in the business stems back to 1988. Doris was awarded her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 1999. Doris's services to her many clients in Labrador West include Financial & Retirement Planning, Life Insurance, Group Benefits and Investments.

She also operates a thriving insurance business in Labrador West.

Janice graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelors in Human Kinetics in 1996. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2000. After two years of post graduate training she obtained fellowship status with the College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences Canada, entitling her to the designation of Chiropractic Sports Specialist. She is an Assistant Professor at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science Degree in Health Services Administration.
Janice oversees and coordinates the development and implementation of corporate health programs.

David has an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and his Doctor of Chiropractic designation from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
He specializes in developing coaching programs for individuals to maximize health and performance.
